Square Enix total failure

We all know that Square Enix customer service is not the best, we all know that their account/polID handling has always been quite disappointing.

So it will come with no surprise the fact that, for some mysterious reasons, my character and my content ID are gone and at the moment I cannot play.

The issue started earlier this week when I tried to do the transfer in order to obtain the staff of 1 week warp. The Square Enix account refused to be linked citing the fact the billing cycle was yet to start and suggest to wait next month.

I contacted promptly the Support and they told me it's a known problem and that I should be a able to transfer in a couple of day or the beginning of august.

I waited a few day more, knowing that I should wait for next month - effectively losing the possibility to have the item but never-mind.

It came then august and I tried to do the transfer but the system prompted me with the fact that I had to pay outstanding fees (what fees since I paid july already?) . Never-mind then, let's pay this fees.

After paying the fees I did the transfer, reactivated the account and the characters and also bought some crysta to pay for august.

Imagine my surprise when - after all this - I tried to log in and I got the message

You have no Content ID for FFXI. Pleas obtain a new Content ID or reactivate a cancelled one in order to play the game and/or to use the Playonline service

Of course my sudden reaction - beside the rage -was to contact SE Support. Which I did through the chat system. The wait was almost 4 hours... every 20 or 30 minutes after being in queue, the chat would close in my face saying that there was no available agent.

After maybe the fifth or sixth time I tried to access the chat, finally I could speak with an agent.

He told me that this is a known problem and that nothing could be done. He didn't even apologize and he closed the chat on me before I could ask him further questions about this problem.

After spending like 4/5 hours of my time waiting for this lousy answer, I was a bit frustrated so I pick up the phone and I called Square Enix US to see what I should do.

Again I stayed on the phone waiting for an agent to answer me 1:38 minutes but then I gave up, I was sleepy and tired and very angry - not the best state in which to call a customer service.

Today I woke up and my crysta balance was billed for the month of august, but yet there is no content ID to play even if the account is activated and the characters are active too.

I can't even post in the forums due to the fact that I don't have anymore a content ID and characters to post with.

Something that should have been smooth and simple became as usual a nightmare.

Thank you again Square Enix for your wonderful Service.

Please, my dear friends out there, pray for me. I have a terrible feeling this won't go very well :(

Long time no see

Ok, let's face it, it's time to come back.

Although I never really left, the last post is quite a long time ago.
A lot of things to say but also a lot of time for it. I just want to let you know that I am indeed back and I am still trying to find my way, always lost wherever I go.

There's so much to discuss reall - Abyssea, the new armors, my BLM - but for the moment I will keep it short.
FFXI is still a wonderful game and I am glad I am back.
This time might be for good!

A virtual tour in my humble Mog

Everything started right here, in a normal sunny day of our beloved Windurst.
Suddengly Moggles popped everywhere and told us it was time to go to hunt for eggs!
I couldn't say no, as you know I like events too much to miss one of them!
So I took my festival suits and I venture out to the gate to see what the moogles want me to do.
What I saw was a terryfing mess of bodies, fighting alongside to reach the poor overhelmed Moogle...



The invasion started right under my eyes and I couldn't do anything but watching helplessly the poor moogle abused by the maddened people looking for eggs (I thought that everyone knew that moogles don't hatch eggs, but looks like I was wrong).

After a lot of exchanges anda few cheap buys (meh I hate people who sell eggs, but I think I will have to too, since I'm so broke that 10k would be something more than welcome) I get finally my reward for the day




A lovely new useless but cute thingy to put on top of my bookshelf. Isn't it adorable?
Tomorrow I will try for another object and then I will be done!

But since I was there in my Mog, with my Mooggle chatting how much Vanadielers are rude when time of events coms, I thought: why not show to everyone my little humble nice Mog House?
Yeah!
So here it goes.
This are all pieces I collected in a lot of years of play. Someone has attached old memories, someone was a gift and someone I bought on the AH when I was if not rich at least wealthy.
O_O

Let's start with bookshelves. As you can see I like to read! And I like silly lamps and christmas tree (wich is there because I'm too lazy to move it and the moogle is too lazy to).
I have a complete collection of History of Vana'diel, plus a few rare books on the places I like (Uggalepih Temple, Altepa and Quicksand and so on...)



right near the bookshelves there is a replica of the Windurst planetarium. I like it, but I must admit it's too huge and I could use that space for something better. But being broke makes necessary to do what we can with what we have. Hence is the planetarium wich was, I tell you, a gift (= for free)!






Just after that panel you can see my bed. It's comfortable but pretty ugly, I know. I had a really better bed but it was larger and richer and I had to sell it because it was full of memories I didn't want to sleep with any given day. Near the bed a bookholder, since I like to read in bed until I fall asleep and the Moogle turn off the fire (with a mini version of blizzard!).



Here there is my favourite pieces: personal things, perfumes and also a little blue box that contains my only r . It's a story I will not tell here or in the near future, but that's the most precious thing I have and it makes me a bit sad when I open it, but also happy because brings me good memories togheter with bad ones.
I should find a better accomodation, like some eastern furniture. But they are damn expensive!



Last but not least the living section, where I eat and play with fishes and where I also put my clothes!
You can see me in all my Yukata splendor for a final "wave" to you, my immaginary visitor!






And at the end, finally, I was able to "see" Sylbianna online! We couldn't meet because I couldn't move from Windy and she was stuck in Bastok.
But we talked a bit and she told me I'm a good Dancer! Muahahahah




So, to show my power, I did a bit of motion near the egg-addicted crowd.
And I stroke a pose or two!




That was a kinda normal Binahel day: full of nothing really usefull, but funny!

This is my first post. I must start on something, so I will start with what I'm doing right now: I'm working on the template, trying to personalize as much as possible!
Who am I? Former a Bard, then a Red Mage, I decided it was time to change and after Square Enix news about Dancer on FFXI, I couldn't resist to try it.
The expansion is still distant, but not too much. So I will have time to put a few links on, show some galleries of very old pics, while we wait to discover what the Dancer will be.
I'm so glad I'm Mithra... did u saw the Dance motions? SE did a wonderful work.

So this journey starts here... you will follow me through my (long) way to Dancer 75 and we will discover togheter what Dancer is.
