Yes! The time for holidays is come!
:) I will go to London next week, and I will probably be there for 2 weeks more or less.

Network problem solved

Due to a massive newtwork spike problem, I couldn't connect in any way.
So my poor Dancer is at the same level I left ; ;
That's a shame!
Let's get to exp asap.

PROBLEMS

Due to an installation error I lost everything on my pc...
I will be back as soon as possible on Vana'diel, but will take a few days to install everything and put it to work.

I got a new Headgear!

It was a pretty sucky Dynamis Run, but we dropped a good number of AF2 and then the Bard Hat was mine!
Now I'm heading to Crawler's Nest [S] to get a green letter, so I can join Windurstian forces!

I'ma Dancer OMG!!!

Finally I unlocked it!
Can't play too much since I have to work, but here are a screenshot of the first samba I did...
It's simply amazing! Watching the character move in that way...
My only complain is that half the server is exping it, and that's  not even remotely funny.
I hope that in the future the interest will decrease and I will be able to exp it properly.
Ok ok, mr.Consciousness, I heard you! I must go to work, I know

And then the route to 75 will start!

a neverending waiting

I know I know... it's silly to complain.
I just have to wait, and there is nothing I can do.
Due to the delay in shipment, I will not able to play WotG for 2 from 3 weeks, that's because I'm in Italy and the shipments for US are a baaad thing 
But please please pleaaaase forgive me, I can't stop to whine.
Usually I'm not a whiny person at all, but this expansion brings to me the dream of my FFXI life: the Dancer, and every day of waiting is a little torture.
As a side note, I saw that DNC is becoming pretty popular, SCH being a little strange to understand since low levels how it works.
I gladly hope that DNC will not be too much popular (let's hope is not the next BLU) because I don't like to exp jobs wich half the server is exping.
That's one of the decision that brought me to BRD in my early FFXI days...
So let's cross the finger, to discover DNC is a useless job +1 and no one will exp it past 37!

Delay on shipping

26 NOVEMBER!!!

at least for all of you out there with an US account living in Europe! *_*
The shipment of the US copies was delayed by SE due to a problem, so this exponentially afflicts our shippings.

Windower sucks!

I just tried the new SE windower and, belive me, it sucks *_*
It's laggy beyound imagination, but I read it's a bug so let's hope they will correct it.
There is also the size problem, since one can't enlarge the window to completely cover the Windows bar.
It's pretty annoying...
it was that complicated to make a nice windower, properly working?
Plus I have a sad news: I can confirm DNC will have a very low armor and weapon options.
Pretty as much the previous expansions, the new jobs are always released ubernerfed, waiting to see what's happens with players and equip.
I expect an update, in the near future, adressing this problem with some new set or weapon wich will be possible to wear by DNCs.

An idea for the future: when there is an update with a gobbie bag incoming, be wise and buy everything.
I could be millionaire right now...

Expansion Details

Even if this content will not be avaiable since Nov. the 22th, there are a few wonderful things (mogle update, mog house update and so one).
Interesting to notice the 2hnd changes... SAMs will not be plased I think.
On DNC side you can read every job ability on the PlayOnline site news.

But a sad news brought to us by the DATminers is that DNC will not have access nor to god gear nor to other endgame gear with the exception of Denali and Pahluwan sets.
That's not a good news indeed.

-3 days to the expansion, let's start to take our lv1 daggers out of mog ;)

NIN exp!

Exping NIN while I wait the expansion to come out. The news we are all reading about Dancer are simply wonderful and I can't wait to see how it works... there is still some debate about what will a Dancer do in endgame, but for now is not a problem I'm thinking of.
I want to try it, play it for a while, take it to 75 then I will see if my endgame ls have something to say. I'm pretty sure I will be asked to bring BRD to events, as always, but I don't mind too much as I long I don't die and I don't need to exp it again due to a delevel lol

back in Garlaige Citadel, it was an year or more I didn't visit that ugly place! I still remember the trains and the deaths, but thanks to SE this are just nightmare of an old Mithra eheheh

This is my first post. I must start on something, so I will start with what I'm doing right now: I'm working on the template, trying to personalize as much as possible!
Who am I? Former a Bard, then a Red Mage, I decided it was time to change and after Square Enix news about Dancer on FFXI, I couldn't resist to try it.
The expansion is still distant, but not too much. So I will have time to put a few links on, show some galleries of very old pics, while we wait to discover what the Dancer will be.
I'm so glad I'm Mithra... did u saw the Dance motions? SE did a wonderful work.

So this journey starts here... you will follow me through my (long) way to Dancer 75 and we will discover togheter what Dancer is.
